Return & Exchange Policy

 

Exclusions To This Policy Are Listed Below

Item(s) must be returned in the exact same condition you have received it. If Item is damaged and sent back to us in its original packaging, the item(s) will be sent back to the original shipping address.
 
Please note: If our quality control team deems that your item is worn, we cannot process your return. In this case, we will send you an email with the following steps. 

Personalized Pieces:

Personalized pieces that are cut to order are all final sale and can NOT be returned or exchanged. this includes any initial, name or year necklaces, rings, earrings, bracelets and anklets.

Sale Items:

On Sale items that show ‘compare at’ prices which can be found on the SALE page are considered final sale and will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

Discount Codes:

Special discount codes which show "NO RETURNS & NO EXCHANGES" in promotion material & throughout our site at time of purchase. Your packing slip will also be stamped "ALL SALES ARE FINAL- No Returns No Exchanges".

In the case a return is attempted, the package will be sent back to the original address.

International:

International return labels cannot be processed. Unfortunately, our system cannot create international return labels, therefore the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We can not accept any exchanges for international orders.
